Footsteps, gunshots and other directional cues appear as markers around a ring, so you know where they came from at a glance.

Works in any game

It reads your system audio output, not the game itself. If a game plays positional sound, the radar displays it.

A light overlay you can move and customize. Change the color and thickness of the radar to your wishes.

The story

I have single-sided deafness myself, so I could never tell which side a sound came from in a game. I would die to footsteps I could hear but not place.

So I built the thing I needed: a radar that shows direction with my eyes instead of my ears. It helped me, and I figured it might help other people who are in the same boat. That is the whole reason it exists, and the whole reason it stays free.
